These Terms of Use govern your use of https://elegancia.info (the “Website”), operated by Skymark Constructions LLP together with Balaji Constructions (“Elegancia”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
The Website gives information about the Elegancia villa project in Kompally, Hyderabad (TG RERA No. P02200008919) and lets you request price sheets, floor plans and site visits. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
All content on the Website — including text, images, renders, videos, floor plans, specifications, amenities, drive times and prices — is for general information only. It does not form an offer, contract or promise of any kind.
The Agreement of Sale, the sale deed and the plans approved and registered with TG RERA (P02200008919) are the only binding documents. If anything on the Website differs from them, those documents will prevail. Please check all details with our team and on the TG RERA website (rera.telangana.gov.in) before making any decision.
Information about bank-approved financing is provided for convenience. Loan approval, amount and terms are decided solely by the bank or lender.
When you submit a form or contact us, you confirm that the details you give are accurate and belong to you. You agree that Elegancia, its partners and authorised representatives may contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about the project, even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call (DND) registry. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to support@elegancia.info.
Submitting an enquiry or booking a site visit does not reserve or allot any villa. A villa is booked only when the booking form is signed and the booking amount is paid.

All content on the Website, including the Elegancia name and logo, text, images, renders, floor plans, videos and design, is owned by or licensed to us. You may view and download it for your personal use in considering a purchase. You may not copy, publish, modify or use it for any other purpose without our written permission.
The Website may link to or use third-party services such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, bank websites and social media. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
We try to keep the Website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will always be error-free, complete, up to date or free of interruptions or viruses.
To the extent allowed by law, Elegancia and its partners, directors, employees and representatives will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Website or its content. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
